Todai ("the app", "we", "our") stores your personal content on your device. This policy explains, in plain language, what data the app and its advertising partner handle.
Todai itself does not collect, transmit, or have access to any of your personal content — your tasks, expenses, habits, notes, reminders, and reflections all stay on your device unless you personally choose to export or share them. The app displays ads through Google AdMob, which involves a limited set of technical and advertising data described below. There is no account system, and we run no analytics of our own.
The app stores the following in a local database on your device only: tasks, expenses and income entries, budgets, habits and completion history, water intake logs, notes, reminders, daily focus entries, and reflections, along with your app preferences (theme, currency, water goal). None of this data is ever sent to us or included in any ad request.
Todai shows banner, interstitial (full-screen), and native ads served by Google AdMob. To do this, AdMob and its partners may collect: your advertising ID, IP address, device and app information, and general engagement data (such as which ads you see or interact with), used to serve and measure ads and to prevent fraud. This data is handled by Google in accordance with its own privacy policy, not by us directly. You can review or reset your advertising ID, and adjust ad personalization, in your device's Settings → Privacy → Ads (or Google Settings → Ads). We do not control how Google itself uses this data beyond serving ads in this app.

We do not collect your name, email, location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera data, or any analytics or usage statistics of our own. There is no account, sign-in, or cloud sync. Todai contains no analytics or crash-reporting SDKs — AdMob is the only third-party SDK in the app, used solely to serve ads.
Todai lets you export your data to a JSON backup file or a CSV spreadsheet, and import a previously exported JSON backup. These files are created locally on your device. They are only sent anywhere if you personally choose to do so — for example by picking an app from Android's share sheet, or by saving the file to a location you choose. We do not receive a copy of any exported file.
You can delete individual items at any time from within the app. Uninstalling the app permanently deletes its local database from your device, following standard Android behavior. Because we never receive a copy of your personal content, there is nothing for us to delete on our end; advertising data already processed by Google is subject to Google's own retention policies.
Todai is a general-purpose productivity tool and is not directed at children under 13, and ads are not configured to target children.
If this policy changes, the "last updated" date at the top of this page will change accordingly. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
